Founder
Kate Romanov founded Kindfulness to help students feel good and do well in school. With a background in environmental education, she led Middlebury College to a 1st place victory in the Communications Contest for the US Dept. of Energy Solar Decathlon 2011, was named America's Next Eco-Star, then helped launch Mosaic's first solar investments. Kate wishes she had been exposed to the Kindfulness Curriculum while growing up so that she didn't stress out about academic expectations or prioritize perfection over self-care. Say hi @katelynromanov.

She is a veteran teacher who has witnessed firsthand the difference mindfulness can make in the classroom by teaching it for the past three years. Shannon reviews and improves Kindfulness lessons to help make them the best they can be. The Kindfulness Curriculum wouldn't exist without Shannon's experience, enthusiasm, and guidance!
